The Gift is add-on for Fallen London, a browser-based choose-your-own-adventure game set in "Fallen London", an alternative Victorian London with gothic overtones. The Premium Story for Sackmas, a seasonal event, in December 2014. It can be started from the "Park and Palace: Society" Opportunity Card, or from the Fate page.

Storyline

Its ribbon is an immodest red. The card is cream, and of excellent stock. It bears no signature, seal, or watermark. Fluid letters across it read 'It is the duty of conscientious souls to help others realise their potential.' Thus begins an adventure of horror, abomination, and the terrors beneath the Empress' Shuttered Palace.
